Our managing director Curt Webster has over 30 years experience in the consumer finance industry.  Curt is past Board of Director and Treasurer of the National Automobile Finance Association, past 1st Vice President of the National Vehicle Leasing Association, ethics chairman, chapter chairman, and Education Chairman.  Past board of director for the Friends of the Arts, past President of the Massapequa Chamber of Commerce, on the advisory board of Molloy College, past President of the Advancement of Commerce and Industry, a 500 member business organization.  Curt is the current Chairman of the Board of the Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence which is currently concentration on educating our young people on the ravages of drug and alcohol abuse.

Curt received the Human Resource Man of the Year from Transitional Services, the Seaford-Wantagh father of the year award.  Webster’s company was named the 4th fastest growing company by Hofstra University School of Business and KMBG Peat Marwick two consecutive years.

Curt is and avid golfer, runner, and mountain biker but his real love is his family.

Tarry E. Shebesta is director if business development. Tarry started in the automotive business in 1989 when he created the first online dial-up BBS car buying service. In 1994 he migrated the service to the web.

In 1998, Shebesta added retail leasing through LeaseCompare.com and in 2003 introduced a remarketing website, FrontRowCars.com, that focuses on used car leasing.

Shebesta currently serves as Southwest Ohio VP of the Ohio Vehicle Leasing Association (OVLA) and is Immediate Past President of the National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA). Shebesta has appeared as an auto leasing expert on CNBC, FOX Business and Bloomberg TV and has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Dow Jones Newswire, Business Week Magazine, Forbes Magazine, Kiplinger, USA Today and many others.

Shebesta has spoken at numerous conferences including the CAR Remarketing conference, The National Remarketing Conference, The Lease Management Forum Seminars, The Ohio Vehicle Leasing Association (OVLA), The National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA) and the Automotive Consumer Vehicle Lessor's (ACVL) conference.
